Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period at contact@aspro.store
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and - where possible - in their original packaging. Items that are scratched, damaged, or show signs of use may be subject to a deduction reflecting their diminished value.
How to Return
Contact us at contact@aspro.store or +30 2510222626 to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the equivalent value.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges will be dispatched using standard shipping. Upgraded shipping is not available for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are exempt from returns:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Legal Guarantee (Conformity of Goods)
In addition to our return policy, all products sold by aspro.store are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 2019/771/EU. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
