By using www.aspro.store ("the Site"), operated by Melissoglou Konstantinos (trading as aspro.store), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. For any questions before placing an order, contact us at contact@aspro.store.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of aspro.store or its licensors and is protected under Greek and international copyright law. You may download or print content solely for personal, non-commercial use or to place an order. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

7. Risk of Loss
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods. If delivery is made to a carrier chosen by you and not offered by us, risk passes upon handover to that carrier.

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings. All measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error, including incorrect prices.
9. Typographical & Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
10. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Greek and EU law, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Conformity of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU). Your legal rights are not limited or waived by these Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kavala, Greece, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
