Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to Greece and across the European Union. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times

- European Union: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over 50€ (Greece only) - check our current promotions for details.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included in the product price at checkout. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
