Fer à Cheval Marseille Soap Flakes are made using the traditional cauldron method - a know-how passed down through generations at the Fer à Cheval soap factory since 1856. With a minimum of 72% vegetable oils, these hypoallergenic flakes are an ecological, economical and gentle solution for washing the whole family's laundry, even the most sensitive skin.

How to Use
- Prepare liquid detergent: Dilute 20g of flakes in 1L of very hot water and stir until it forms a gel. Store in a suitable bottle and shake well before each use.
- Hand washing: Dilute 50ml of prepared liquid detergent in 5L of water.
- Machine washing: Use 75ml of prepared detergent for 5kg of laundry. Double the dose for heavily soiled laundry. Apply directly to stains before washing.
- Tip: For best results, descale your machine regularly with a glass of white vinegar poured into the fabric softener tray.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping with ACS courier. Rates start from 3,50€. International shipping with DHL. Rates start from 14,00€ and calulated based on total order weight.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Aspro Store within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another one of the same price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
